Change of Company Name

Should you wish to change the name of your company, we at Quick Formations can complete all the necessary paperwork and complete the Name Change for you. We offer this as a standard service, with the turaround time being between 10-14 days or alternatively a Same Day service with a turnaround time of between 2-4 days.

Within this service we will complete the paperwork to complete a change of name and send onto the client for signature and then forwarding onto Companies House. There will be an additional charge from Companies House which will need to be paid, which is £10 for the standard service or £50 for the Same Day service.

NB. The Same Day service is processed on the Same Day that Companies House receives the updated documentation, and is dependant on the timeframe of the client signing and returning required documents.
